Here's how to prepare for collection day (and avoid a missed collection):

  • Your items must be available for collection (visible and outside the property) by 7am on the agreed collection date.

  • Please make sure you don't block any path or walkway.

  • We do not collect from inside houses, yards, gardens, sheds or garages.

  • Only leave out the items you've booked a collection for, we won't collect different or additional items.

  • If the collection is from a terraced property, place items on the pavement no sooner than the night before the booked collection date.

  • If collection is from flats, place items by the shared bin store (if this isn't possible, speak to the customer service officer when booking).

In the unlikely event that something is missed, please contact us quoting your order number

No, as long as the waste is easy to access and clearly visible, there’s no need to be on site. When you book online, you’ll be able to use our clever tool to show us exactly where you’re going to leave your waste.

We sort and process your waste responsibly, with a focus on recycling and reducing landfill. You’re supporting a greener Oxfordshire with every collection.

Absolutely — we’re equipped to collect most large domestic and commercial appliances like washing machines, fridges, and cookers. Some items are more expensive to recycle, or require special handling so incur an additional charge to cover safe and responsible disposal.

Please ensure:

Washing machines & dishwashers

  • Are left empty

  • All water has been drained

Fridges & Freezers

  • Are left empty

  • Fully defrosted

If you have more waste than expected, then you’ll need to be available on site to pay any additional charges to the driver to cover the extra waste.

Depending on how much van capacity we have on the day, we may need to return to collect the additional waste on another date. Whilst we will always try and help where possible, please try to let us know in advance to avoid disappointment.

No. You will need to leave the items outside the front of your house before 7am on the day of collection.
