Yes — our service is available to homes and businesses across Oxfordshire. Whether it’s an office clear-out or a shop refurbishment, we’ve got it covered.

No, as long as the waste is easy to access and clearly visible, there’s no need to be on site. When you book online, you’ll be able to use our clever tool to show us exactly where you’re going to leave your waste.

Simply enter your postcode, choose your load size, tell us what you'd like collected, and pick a date that works for you. It only takes a few minutes.

We sort and process your waste responsibly, with a focus on recycling and reducing landfill. You’re supporting a greener Oxfordshire with every collection.

We don’t currently offer same-day collections, but we’ll always try to offer the soonest available slot, depending on your location and availability. You’ll see all options during the booking process.

Not always — large items like furniture don’t need to be bagged. For smaller or loose waste, we recommend separating your waste into bags or boxes to make collection faster and tidier.

If you have more waste than expected, then you’ll need to be available on site to pay any additional charges to the driver to cover the extra waste.

Depending on how much van capacity we have on the day, we may need to return to collect the additional waste on another date. Whilst we will always try and help where possible, please try to let us know in advance to avoid disappointment.

We’ll review your booking on the day. If your load is bigger than expected, we’ll let you know and adjust the service or price accordingly.

Yes — we can’t collect hazardous materials like chemicals, paint, asbestos, or gas bottles. Full details are shown in our restricted items list.

We recommend that you leave all waste outside the front of your house before 7am on the day of collection. If this is not possible, then please contact us using our 'get in touch' form and we'll see how we can help.

Yes. If you need to remove more than an XL load, then please contact us and we’ll organise a quote.

We’re not licensed to collect hazardous waste. For safe disposal, please contact a specialist provider.

Absolutely — we’re equipped to collect most large domestic and commercial appliances like washing machines, fridges, and cookers. Some items are more expensive to recycle, or require special handling so incur an additional charge to cover safe and responsible disposal.

Some items, like mattresses, fridges, or tyres, require special handling or disposal due to regulations or environmental impact. These costs aren’t covered by standard clearance fees, so we apply a small additional charge to cover safe and responsible disposal.
